Juhu beach is not good for swimming or sunbathe, but it is a perfect weekend spot. The beach is dotted with several stalls selling the Bhelpuri, Kulfi and other eatable items. Juhu beach offers horse and donkey rides. Other type of entertainment along the beach are dancing monkeys, acrobats, toy sellers and cricket matches etc.

Versova Beach : The beach located north of Juhu is a home to Mumbai's biggest Koli fishing community. It is the nearby attraction for people who visit Juhu Beach.

Chowpatty Beach : Situated in the heart of Mumbai, Chowpatty Beach lies at the top end of Marine Drive. The beach generally remains empty all through the Day, but a large number of people throng the beach in the evenings. The beach transforms into a virtual fair in the evenings. The stalls sell many types of Maharashtrain snacks like Bhelpuri. Chatt, Tikki, Kulfi and Paan. Other attractions include shooting galleries, snake charmers, monkey trainers and balloon sellers. Chowpatty Beach is the venue of many Hindu religious festivals. The Ganesha idols are immersed here on the last Day of 'Ganesh Chaturthi' every year.

Marve - Manori Beaches : Situated to the north of Mumbai, these beaches are good for bathing. Marve-Manori Beaches are serene gateways to those people who want a break from the hectic and busy city life. The low hills along the Marve beach, offer spectacular views of sunrise and sunset. A ferry ride of 15 minute takes one to Manori Beach, which is more crowded than Marve and known for its wonderful all night beach parties.

Madh Island Beach : The beach dotted with massive bungalows, is a famous picnic spot.
The Island is the venue of most lavish beach parties held outside Mumbai.
